An industry visit to chocolate manufacturer was organized by Prof. Anand Bhatt and Dr. Prachi Sharma for MBA I Sem students (Sec I and Sec V). Italian Edibles Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2009, are among the prominent manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of an extensive array of optimum quality Confectionery Products. The product range offered by them is inclusive of Flavored Wafers, Milk Chocolates and Milk Compound Chocolates. Africa, Nepal and Middle East are some of the countries where they export their product range. The visit to this industry was conducted with the purpose to make students understand, the industry set up and assembly line layout. The students were given a tour of the factory and production manager explained the detailed process involved in the confectionary industry. The students had various queries about the production, electric supply, admin, safety measures after the visit which were resolved by the manager and owner of the company. It was a great learning experience for students of MBA I Sem.
