ME EVENTS: NEKC 2018-19

NEKC 2018-19

Mechanical engineering Department has participated in National Electric Cart Event organized by Credible Future India Private Limited at RGPV, Bhopal, It was national event where 110 teams registered and only 60 teams participated in Virtual Round out of which only 35 managed to qualify for Dynamic Rounds. This experience was full of knowledge and learning something new. Also we came over mistake that we did in last event as we modified our kart for this event in 15 days. Considering weight reduction, track width and wheel base as the main factor for winning the event. We made this kart in 15 days just to spare 4-5 days for practicing for Autocross and other events. So that our driver get ample of time to improve their driving skills. We won three awards at this event held at RGPV by NEKC. In which the biggest achievement was that we were the Overall Runner-up of the event.

Team comprises of twenty two students and two faculty advisors Mr. Hemant Marmat. Mr. Ravi Gujrati & a technician Mr. Imran Khan.

Prize Won in NEKC:-

Overall Runner-up:-Trophy and Cash prize of Rs 40,000

Best Design Award: -Trophy and Cash prize of Rs 5,000

Blind Target: -Trophy and Cash prize of Rs 10,000

Mechanical engineering Department has participated in Technocrat Electric Go Kart Event organized by Technocrat Institute of Technology Bhopal , It was national event where 60 teams registered and only 28 teams participated in Virtual Round out of which only 15 managed to qualify for Dynamic Rounds. This experience was full of knowledge and learning something new. We have designed and fabricated the vehicle with in fifteen days.

Team comprises of twenty two students and two faculty advisors Mr. Hemant Marmat. Mr. Ravi Gujrati & a technician Mr. Imran Khan.
