Highlights:
A “Hands on Workshop” was conducted during 2th July – 6th July-2018 for the students of FCA department. The training was convened by Prof. Geeta Santhosh, and was coordinated by Dr. Arpit Neema Assistant Professor and Ms. Teena Mehta Assistant Professor, FCA department. The aim of the training was to provide working knowledge of “PHP”, to enable them to develop projects. The training was conducted by Mr. Arpit Jain, Sr. Software Developer, MANGO IT SOLUTIONS, Alumnus FCA department. The training was divided into two sessions. Session 1 was from 10:30 – 12:30 focused on theoretical concept and Session 2 was from 1:00 – 2:30 focused on practical in the laboratory.
Training schedule is given as follows:

03-07-18	Installation of PHP and WAMP server. Variables and datatypes in PHP with their examples.
04-07-18	Control statements and programming with Array (Searching and Sorting Programs).
05-07-18	PHP superglobals,Built in functions in PHP, Hands on based on PHP exercise.
06-07-18	Database connectivity using phpMyAdmin and MVC framework.

This training would enable the students in learning for latest trends in IT companies. The students participated with great enthusiasm and gained a good exposure of real time tips for PHP development.
