On the 5 th International Yoga day, Sports Dept. of AITR has organized Yoga session on 21st June 2019 for the all acropolis family Members. The resource person for the event was Mr. Kamlesh Jain, who is International yoga trainer, instructor & therapist and presently pursuing Ph.D. in Yoga from DAVV, Indore. The session was inaugurated by Dr. Jayanti Lal Bhandari, Group Director.

Yoga is a discipline and meditation which needs to be practiced physically, mentally, and spiritually. It was originated in the ancient India however being practiced all over the world in many countries. Yoga is that practice which can clean you up completely. Yoga also empowers us enough to discover happiness in making the world a happy place to live in. It lights up the fire inside the body for a life full of zeal and excitement. There are uncountable numbers of benefits related to practicing of yoga. The best thing is that it does not demand money to let you feel the light of good health. Yoga is very necessary and beneficial for all human beings. It enlightens the one who practices it on a regular basis.
