Learn more at Early Careers - Wells Fargo Technology **Program Overview:** The **Wells Fargo Technology Internship Program** provides participants with a ten-week orientation and training to Wells Fargo and the Technology groups within our organization. The hands-on experience includes relevant work assignments, real-world training, group projects, refining communication skills and exposure to key leaders. It is designed to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business and technical insights. Professional development is a key theme and includes informative learning sessions, coaching, and networking opportunities. Upon successful completion of the internship, qualified candidates may be considered for a full-time position in the Technology Analyst Program the following year, within the same market where the internship was completed. **In this role, you will:** Your responsibilities as a Software Engineer intern could include, but are not limited to: + Responsible for application design, development, testing, readiness and integration which can include developing enhancements or resolving bugs in existing applications, developing new applications and working with ancillary technologies to support application integration and data integrity. + Create and support reusable frameworks, data warehouses and analytics environments for data engineering and leverage common design patterns across traditional and bigdata solutions. + Contribute to the data integration work, including developing a data model, maintaining a data warehouse and analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis. + Build and maintain data pipelines. + Accountable for the technical evolution of our services, working in close partnership with enterprise architecture, product management and partner teams. + Typically, will work within an Agile (Scrum / Kanban) setting. + **Typical Tech Stacks:** Java, .Net Core, UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Node.js, Angular JS, JQuery, Java Script), Spring Boot, API, Microservices, Harness, Cloud Technologies (OpenShift, Azure, Google), Python, TensorFlow NumPy, Pandas, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL, AI/ML tools, GitHub **Roles for our Cybersecurity teams will be posted separately and at a later date. **Program Duration: June 2026 - August 2026** **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other Technology STEM related majors, with an expected graduation date between **December 20** **26** **- June 202** **7** + Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with: Java, Cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL or related technical skills + Demonstrated understanding of algorithms, data structures, and developing APIs + Experience in software development shipping cycles (Development, Deploy, Release, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD)) + Demonstrated experience leveraging AI (Generative and/or Agentic), related tools and concepts (Prompt Engineering, Data Labeling, etc.) + Prior engineering internship experience + Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate challenges and recommend solutions + Proven ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a collaborative, change driven atmosphere + Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, acts with urgency,remainscurious and has a genuine interest in learning and growth + Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement **Job Expectations** : + Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule + Must take and pass required technology skills assessment + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship **Program Locations** ***** : + Charlotte, North Carolina + Dallas Market Area (Irving) + Iselin, New Jersey + Phoenix Market Area (Chandler, Phoenix) + St. Louis, Missouri *Location placement is determined by business needs and location placements within the full-time Technology Analyst Program will align to the location of the internship. **Roles for our California teams will be posted separately and at a later date. \#earlycareers **Pay Range:** + Charlotte, North Carolina: $48.08 Hourly + Dallas Market Area (Irving): $48.08 Hourly + Iselin, New Jersey: $60.10 Hourly + Phoenix Market Area (Chandler, Phoenix): $48.08 Hourly + St. Louis, Missouri: $48.08 Hourly _Wells Fargo only considers candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future_ _in order to_ _retain_ _their authorization to work in the United States._ _Based on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the_ _indicated_ _close date.
