Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Understand customer needs and preferences to effectively recommend appropriate vehicles. * Present and demonstrate vehicle features and options, including test drives. * Stay current on product knowledge, including vehicle specs, trim levels, financing, and promotions. * Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final paperwork. * Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals. * Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales logs, and inventory updates. * Participate in sales training and dealership meetings. Qualifications: * Previous experience in automotive sales minimum of 2 years car sales experience * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Professional appearance and attitude. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
