**TSA Regulation Notice** Please note that this position is not accessible via public transportation; therefore, reliable transportation is required. **Position Summary:** The role involves screening cargo in accordance with the guidelines established by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Responsibilities include observing and reporting activities and incidents to safeguard both client property and personnel. Security Screeners are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit strong leadership skills. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Essential functions may vary based on department size, organizational structure, and geographic location. Responsibilities include greeting all visitors, vendors, and employees while consistently upholding high standards of presentation and professionalism.

  • Screen cargo in accordance with TSA Guidelines, which involve physical inspections, X-Ray analysis, and use of other electronic equipment.
  • Guard and patrol physical property, monitor system responses, oversee personnel in high-risk areas, and investigate incidents or accidents.
  • Prepare reports for the Security Supervisor and/or Director of Security, identifying areas of concern in daily and weekly reports.
  • Maintain an understanding of emergency policies, procedures, and regulations; respond promptly to emergency alarms or calls for assistance, determining the appropriate course of action and notifying relevant authorities.
  • Develop and recommend new safety and loss prevention procedures informed by incident reports and other relevant data.
  • Proactively seek information regarding post orders, revisions, and daily operational needs (e.g., parking lists and access changes).
  • Implement security and safety enhancements that benefit the company's assets, visitors, tenants, and employees as directed.
  • Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures related to programs, operations, and personnel.
These functions may be subject to expansion and will be mutually agreed upon at a later time. **Job Overview:** The Security Operations Manager supervises security officers and other company personnel as required; this role may also involve performing security officer duties as necessary. **Duties:** All responsibilities must be executed in a manner that is honest, ethical, and professional, consistent with the policies and procedures of Andy Frain and/or clients. Responsibilities may vary by location but typically include:
  • Operating as the manager for security officers and other personnel assigned to one or more client locations, planning, assigning, and directing their work.
  • Ensuring adherence to post orders, conducting established patrol rounds, and maintaining necessary reporting and communication protocols during emergencies.
  • Interviewing candidates for employment as necessary.
  • Orienting and training security officers and personnel.
  • Reviewing post orders and assignment details with staff.
  • Providing coaching and maintaining appropriate disciplinary measures, seeking guidance from management as necessary, and properly documenting actions taken.
  • Collaborating with management to appraise personnel performance, rewarding and disciplining as appropriate.
  • Preparing and submitting schedules, payroll, and personnel information as required.
  • Ensuring adequate coverage of all posts in coordination with management.
  • Compiling necessary reports and maintaining files as required.
  • Conducting inspections of posts and personnel as required.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to client representatives and the client's customers.
  • Meeting with client representatives as needed to address concerns or resolve issues.
  • Performing the duties of a security officer when necessary.
  • Completing other similar tasks as required.
