Job Overview:

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, selling, and closing deals with businesses that can benefit from our premium outsourcing services. You will generate your own leads, manage the entire sales process, and close deals to help clients achieve their goals through our staffing solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in an independent environment and want to earn uncapped commission on the revenue they bring in.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and source your own leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and referrals.

- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand their needs and present Quickteam’s value proposition.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they continue to use our services.

- Achieve sales targets and consistently bring in new business.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working autonomously.

- Experience in selling staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment services is a plus.

- Experience selling to the medical industry is a plus.
