The Diamond Cellar is looking for a Back Office Associate for our Nashville, Tennessee location. Our ideal candidate is an energetic detail oriented individual who will be responsible for handling daily cash balancing activities, inter-store transfer requests/processing and responsible for the processing of jewelry/watch repairs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for record keeping of merchandise transferred to sister branches, shipping/receiving as well as inventory control and input.
Basic computer skills and general office work experience desired.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting the Finance Team Leader in other appropriate projects and research.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Associates degree or equivalent experience in accounting or complimentary fields preferred but NOT necessary.
· One to two years’ direct or complimentary experience helpful but we will train a candidate with the appropriate aptitude.
