Job Descriptions:
As a Technology/Data Analyst, you will partner with the business to understand and meet business needs and outcomes. You will provide comprehensive analysis skills to translate business outcomes into solution requirements using techniques such as facilitation and visual management. This role focuses on the data aspects of the Annuity modernization program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into solution requirements.
- Facilitate large stakeholder groups and manage the complete requirements lifecycle.
- Conduct structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
- Analyze data and application suites, and solve problems using a collaborative style.
- Profile data manually and document transformation logic and rules.
- Produce clear and concise Source to Target Mapping Documents with detailed Data Mapping
Requirements:
- Write complex SQL queries to support data analysis and transformation.
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analysis with the ability to drive analysis independently.
- Proven ability in Data Profiling.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing, identifying, and documenting transformation logic and rules.
- Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of the Annuity business and Annuity data.
- Knowledge of Data Modeling and exposure to Data Modeling Tools is a plus.
