We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems to ensure the integrity and accessibility of data across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into internal databases and systems

  • Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information

  • Maintain and update client and company records regularly

  • Generate routine reports as requested by management

  • Perform data clean-up tasks and quality control

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role

  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
