The successful District Leader in Training provides leadership and counsel to store management with a focus on building the long-term success of the brand and implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. They will provide weekly reporting of their activities to the Director of Food and Beverage.

What will I do?

The main objective of the District Leader in Training will be focused on learning the Operations of our Little Caesars restaurants in the location designated. This position will report to the Director of Food and Beverage and will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all operational related activities for our Little Caesars locations. This position will oversee all Little Caesars restaurant operations including personnel, product production, inventory, sales, marketing, and financial performance. This position may require this person to work on site at a particular store for an indefinite period until the site is up to company standards and a capable GM is fully trained. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that each location is operated within the operational guidelines established by our company and those established by the Little Caesars Brand.
