Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual for the role of Entry Level Personal Assistant Agent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the dynamic field of personal assistance and management. As a Personal Assistant Agent, you will provide critical support to our clients, ensuring that their daily operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily administrative tasks and personal errands
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of clients
Maintain and organize client files and documentation
Research and gather information as needed for various projects
Plan and organize events, travel arrangements, and itineraries
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
