Join Our Team as a Healthcare Customer Support Consultant
Location: Glendale, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday and Saturdays (for the first 2 months)
Type: Special Project Assignment | Entry-Level Opportunity
We're is hiring 10 dedicated consultants to support our Campus Support Center team in Glendale. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
+ Make outbound calls to patients to:
+ Confirm pharmacy refills
+ Schedule annual wellness visits
+ Conduct outreach for frequent ER visitors
+ Assist with new authorizations
+ Support additional projects as assigned by leadership
+ Work closely with a team to enhance patient care and coordination
What You Bring:
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Experience in care coordination or a call center environment
+ Familiarity with insurance and benefit verification, prior authorizations, and medical terminology
+ Proficiency in Excel (hide, copy, paste, filter)
+ Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Preferred Skills:
+ A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
