Preferred Education and Experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support for academic lab environments, Faculty, and staff computing equipment within the school of Arts, Humanities, and Technology. Assist with academic lab maintenance and operations. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and handle warranty interaction with vendors for computer equipment. Facilitate repairs and maintenance of assets. Assist with property asset management and inventory procedures. Provide desktop support and other IT related services, including AV support.
