Description

As the largest provider of IT services, Leidos develops and sustains large data and technology infrastructures and integrates complex law enforcement IT system for a number of US federal agencies. Primary Responsibilities :
-Writes and maintains source code
-Creates, maintains software applications and applies frameworks involved in a software release
-Duties include computer programming, documenting, managing configuration, testing, bug fixing
-Expertise in Java, JavaScript programming languages is required
-Develops, modifies computer applications software or specialized utility programs
-Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions
-Develops products, solutions, processes using basic principles, theories, concepts
-Applies computer science principles, engineering techniques, mathematical analysis
-Applies concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
-Performs work that requires practical experience and training
-Work is performed under supervision

Basic Qualifications:
-Typically requires BS degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, other related discipline
-Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
-Ability to work well within a small team environment
-Strong communication skills
-US Citizenship
-DOD Secret Clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with software product development
-Agile Experience
-Software development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence
-Languages/frameworks: Java, JavaScript, Python, React
-Source control tools: Git

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
