What You’ll Do As our
Marketing Coordinator , you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Help maintain and update creative assets, promotional materials, and digital content
- Support daily marketing operations related to lead generation, customer engagement, and brand reputation
- Assist with tracking campaign results, project management, and marketing performance
- Help manage social media, email communications, and online presence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like customer service, operations, sales, and accounting

Skills & Requirements - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (you’ll work with data often)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Proficient in email and text message communication
- Comfortable working with customer databases and doing data entry
Bonus Points For - Prior experience or interest in the home service industry (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Experience with graphic design tools, email marketing platforms, or website content updates
- Experience with photography and/or social media content creation
