We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Midwife to provide high-quality, patient-centered maternity care—from prenatal visits to postpartum recovery. What You’ll Be Doing
Prenatal Care
Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including physical exams, diagnostic testing, and monitoring maternal-fetal health.
Educate expectant mothers on pregnancy, nutrition, and emotional wellness.
Labor and Delivery
Assist and support mothers through labor and delivery with a focus on comfort, safety, and individualized care.
Monitor labor progress, manage complications, and provide pain relief and emotional guidance.
Postnatal Care
Offer compassionate postpartum care including physical assessments, breastfeeding support, and newborn education.
Monitor the health of both mother and baby and address recovery needs.
Patient Education & Advocacy
Educate families on reproductive health, postpartum wellness, and newborn care.
Encourage healthy lifestyle practices, supporting physical and emotional well-being.
Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Refer and collaborate on complex or high-risk cases as needed.
Documentation & Emergency Response
Maintain accurate and timely medical records for all stages of maternity care.
Respond quickly to obstetric emergencies, ensuring appropriate and immediate interventions.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery, Nursing, or a related field.
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) from an accredited program.
Current state licensure to practice as a Nurse Midwife.
Previous experience in midwifery or maternal healthcare.
Skills & Competencies
Deep knowledge of prenatal, labor, and postpartum care—including obstetric emergencies.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Compassionate, calm, and supportive approach to patient care.
