Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Personal Injury Attorney for a law firm in Torrance, CA . This is a full-time, direct hire position with benefits!

POSITION OVERVIEW

This exciting opportunity is responsible for managing a caseload of 30–40 litigation cases from filing through trial, including strategy development, drafting legal documents, and conducting depositions. Actively participated in settlement negotiations, served as second chair in trials, and maintained consistent client communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managed 30–40 active litigation cases from filing through trial as lead attorney.
• Developed case strategies and drafted pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Took and defended depositions, including parties and expert witnesses.
• Participated in settlement negotiations and served as second chair at trial.
• Maintained regular client communication and case updates.
• Supervised paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least three years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury litigation with a strong record of resolving high-value cases.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Skilled in legal research, analysis, and persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Client-centered mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

COMPENSATION

This position offers an annual salary range of $150,000-$200,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package!
