Job Title: Photographer/Videographer

Team: Dallas Bulls

Location: Dallas, TX

Reports To: Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Position Type: Full-Time | Media Production

Position Overview

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality visual content that showcases the team’s brand, players, and events. This role involves shooting, editing, and producing photos and videos for use across digital platforms, marketing materials, and media outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture dynamic photos and videos during games, practices, press events, and community appearances.

  • Edit and produce polished visual content that aligns with the team’s brand and marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with the Content Creation and Social Media teams to develop compelling storytelling through imagery and video.

  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment.

  • Assist with live event coverage, including multi-camera setups and live streaming when needed.

  • Organize and archive visual assets for easy access and future use.

  • Stay current with industry trends and technology in photography and video production.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in sports or entertainment.

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.

  • Experience with professional camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, video cameras).

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and travel as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative vision.

Preferred Attributes

  • Passion for sports and storytelling through visual media.

  • Experience with drone photography or videography a plus.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
