POSITION STARTS THIS WEEK! SEASON CLOSERS NEEDED – START THIS WEEK! SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY! PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING. We are hiring dependable Season Closers to help us finish out the season! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are personable, professional, and able to enforce rules while providing excellent customer service. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Ability to observe guest behavior and deal with it appropriately. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies and confrontational situations. Ability to follow routine, as well as verbal and written instructions. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun. Requirements: Must be 18+ Must be available weekends & holidays (some on-call shifts) Reliable transportation and a working cell phone with data plan (GPS check-ins required) Able to stay firm when enforcing rules. Comfortable working outdoors (standing, sitting, bending, sun exposure) Duties: Enforce pool rules and verify resident/guest identities. Maintain a clean and safe pool area and restrooms. Provide great customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Complete written logs and reports. Schedule: Weekends, holidays, and flexible weekday shifts.
