Job Title : Scrum Master

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure team productivity.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, capacity) to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
• Ensure clear communication between development teams and stakeholders.
• Support Agile transformation and organizational adoption of Agile practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
