IN SHORT

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative powerhouse who lives and breathes content & brand. This role is 60% focused on creating engaging, branded visual content – think photo shoots, quick video edits, social posts, and creative work that drives traffic and sales. The other 40%? Helping us turn that content into a scalable growth engine across our channels, website, and email campaigns.


Your work will directly support our digital marketing goals: generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), building a brand people love, and engaging existing customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

60% Brand Content Creation & Execution 

• Own our visual identity across channels: take photos, shoot short videos, edit & publish, tell the FELFEL story organically across all social media platforms including our chefs (and ghostwrite for our founder)
• Create 10–20 high-performing ad/social creatives per week
• Plan and execute content shoots (in-house and with partners/chefs)
• Ensure all content is on-brand (you live in the brand book)
• Edit for speed, CTR, clarity, SEO & emotion — especially website content
• Help design visual elements for events, merch & printed materials

• Manage and grow our organic presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Meta
• Write strong, contextual captions and posts to spark engagement (and SQLs)
• Collaborate on newsletters and website content with our account and food teams
• Support Squarespace updates: landing pages, visuals and page speed
• Monitor content performance: impressions, CTR, follower growth and tastings booked
• Run SEO optimizations to keep content searchable and sticky

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven track record (3–6 years) in branded content, ideally from a high-caliber food retail environment
• Strong video & photography editing skills (Lightroom, CapCut, Canva or similar) – on brand w/ company’s corporate design
• Social copywriting that gets people to stop scrolling – you truly understand algorithms and actively use/post on these platforms privately
• You can build and grow websites (Squarespace) fast, copy ideas quickly, and significantly improve our SEO score (you don’t need support for this)
• You know what good Landing Page formats are and can create many of them in ‘a day’ ;)
• A love for food, storytelling and hospitality

YOU WILL BE MEASURED BY

• #SQLs and #Tastings generated from inbound
• Branded content quality and volume
• Engagement: CTR, social reach, follower growth
• Customer engagement: newsletter open rate and registration rates
