Who You Are:

You are energetic, collaborative, results driven senior leader who is experienced in leveraging Adobe software to create compelling visual merchandising strategies. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious and have the vision to provide a compelling point of view and influence key decisions. You demonstrate a passion for the brand, inspire individuals and rely on leadership skills to plan and accomplish goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of monthly visual merchandising guidelines and weekly business actions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining consistency with global seasonal themes and brand strategies.
  • Partner with global visual merchandising, NA merchandising and retail communication teams to develop visual merchandising directives and cascade information to the store population.
  • Coach, train and develop a team of associate managers and freelancers to effectively execute the company’s visual merchandising directives and ensure ongoing support for the business.
  • Lead executive meetings to present visual merchandising guidelines and obtain approval from key stakeholders.
  • Support seasonal market execution and put together summary deck of window and interior cadence.
  • Manage and organize files of all products for the lifestyle and outlet channels.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years Visual Merchandising experience
  • Demonstrated advanced visual merchandising knowledge and understanding how visual merchandising supports the customer experience
  • Proficiency in the following computer programs: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic photography skills
  • Minimum 4-5 years of graphic design experience
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
