**Job Overview:**
**Vending Manager - Los Angeles, CA**
The Vending Manager is responsible for managing the equipment asset purchases, remanufacturing, retirement, parts, service technicians, delivery personnel, and inventory levels.
This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA and will cover the Southern California and Las Vegas, NV market
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Manage the Division's equipment capital budget.
+ Record and monitor all capital expenditures on equipment.
+ Purchase all Division cold drink equipment in accordance with established accounting procedures.
+ Monitor warehouse inventory of equipment to ensure the proper equipment is ordered.
+ Receive and summarize all requests for the purchase of new equipment.
+ Issue all purchase orders and place orders with suppliers.
+ Ensure the accuracy of manufacturer pricing.
+ Assist branches in coordinating the intra-region transfer of existing equipment to meet placement needs.
+ Assist Cold drink Director in establishing long term capital budget plans.
+ Assist DPS procurement team in evaluating and selecting equipment suppliers.
+ Utilize all SAP tools to track CDE located in branch locations.
+ Proactively initiate and execute intercompany transfers to meet the placement needs of the field and to reduce non performing floor inventory.
+ Maintain and follow all DPS compliance requirements in order to pass all internal audits.
+ Assist in the Training and Onboarding of new Vending Department personnel.
**Total Rewards:**
+ $81,100- $94,000 / year
+ Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
+ 5 years of vending experience, including equipment troubleshooting & repair
+ 5 years vending supervision/management experience
+ 3 years Microsoft Office experience (including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
