Seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives involving physical merchandise, channel marketing, in-store production, and technology demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Physical Merchandise: Oversee the development, production, and distribution of physical merchandise related to Meta Reality Labs' products and initiatives.
  • Channel Marketing: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to promote products through various distribution channels, including retail, online, and partner networks.
  • Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, quality control, and timely delivery of products.
  • Technology Demonstrations: Plan and execute technology demonstrations to showcase Meta Reality Labs' innovations to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide regular updates to senior management, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Scoping a Brief: Define project briefs and ensure alignment with overall objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborating with Channel Marketing: Work closely with channel marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution.
  • Scoping Budget: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Managing Third-party Vendors: Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and products.
  • Working with Retailers: Establish and maintain relationships with retailers to ensure effective distribution and promotion of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or consumer electronics industries.
  • Proven experience in physical merchandise management and channel marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and technology demonstration techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with consumer electronics
