Attorneys - Real Estate, Litigation, Tax, Estate Planning/Probate

About the Job:

We are seeking candidates for the following positions at a leading law firm known for delivering timely, creative, and efficient legal solutions to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations:

• Experienced Tax Attorney for our Iowa offices, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in State and Federal tax law. A CPA designation or experience at a public accounting firm or law firm is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting and advising on tax laws, asset protection strategies, charitable gift planning, wealth transfer planning, special needs planning, business succession planning, and the ability to handle complex tax matters.
• Experienced Real Estate Attorney for our Cedar Rapids office. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in real estate law, with strong attention to detail and excellent writing and communication skills.
• Litigation Associate Attorney for our Iowa offices, with at least 1 year of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Commercial litigation experience is preferred.
