Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate (Designer shoes and bags)

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Compensation: $26 per hour + commission

Reports To: Store Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Boca Raton location. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving sales, and maintaining store operations and merchandising standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and building lasting customer relationships. Flexibility to work in multiple locations, including potential New York locations if needed, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience:

• Drive sales by effectively engaging with customers and recommending products
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and brand standards
• Develop and maintain a personal client book to drive repeat business
• Follow all customer service protocols, including greeting etiquette, handling returns and exchanges, and processing sales

Store Operations:

• Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper cash handling and loss prevention standards
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store appearance
• Receive and process new shipments accurately
• Support store organization, cleanliness, and general housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Retail, Fashion, or a related field is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in high-end retail, boutique, or luxury sales
• Strong understanding of customer service, inventory, and retail operations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to move freely throughout the store, including the sales floor and stockroom
