Job Description:
Midwestern IT is a technology-driven solutions provider specializing in delivering innovative IT services and consulting for clients across industries. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer / Data Analyst to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
2) Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources.
3) Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
4) Optimize data workflows for better performance and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
1)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field.
2) Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst .
3) Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
4) Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
5) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
