• Clean areas including floors, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste in designated areas.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms including cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

• Maintenance of common areas including lobbies, hallways and break rooms. This involves cleaning and organizing these spaces, removing clutter, and ensuring they are presentable and inviting.

• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and buffers.

• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.

• Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, leaks, or malfunctions, to the appropriate personnel for repair or replacement.

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines including using protective equipment, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

• Additional cleaning tasks as needed, such as deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, or windows, as well as assisting with post-construction cleanup or event setup and takedown.
